Banana- Peanut Butter Smoothie

This smoothie is great for kids! When they are very hungry and you want something healthy, on the go, it’s so simple to blend up. The flavor works well with breakfast. Also, I bring it to bus pick-up after camp. It’s filling, satisfying and delicious and great to curb hunger until mealtime. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas
  • 1.5 cup of whole milk, or your choice of milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • .5 tsp cinnamon

METHOD

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
