About Nikole

"When I first started working at Kobrick Coffee Co., I rode with my Dad, Lee Kobrick, on the back of his Harley Davidson to the city to visit our customers. One great memory was running into David Bouley, who also rode a motorcycle. Bouley and my Dad started chatting about motorcycles before we walked into his kitchen at Bouley in Tribeca to take a look at his brewing equipment, and check on their coffee. This memory is one that continues to hold significance in my life. It was one of the first times I experienced, being in the kitchen with one of the best chefs in the world.
Bouley and my Dad were friends and partners in coffee and creating great experiences around food, which felt so inspiring. I love coffee and cooking. I love culinary art. I’ve worked in my family coffee business for 25 years, I love my company and what we do in coffee. We worked with some of the world’s best chefs, brands and kitchens including Martha Stewart, Blue Ribbon Restaurants, Aquagrill, Drew Nieporent’s Tribeca Grill, Terrance Brennan, Bobby Flay, Nobu, Magnolia Bakery, Sarabeth's Bakery, The Breakers Palm Beach, Blackberry Farm and many more. They are all iconic in their own way, and it’s been beautiful to learn from and to be a part of.
I bring this passion to my home kitchen. I put on music, take out my cooking tools, and "brew" up something delicious. Here, I want to share some of my curated creations, inspired by great chefs and brands, but made easy, for us to make at home for our families! Look forward to sharing these recipes with you!"
