25 Carrot & Co. is a creative studio rooted in food, storytelling, and brand experience.

I grew up in my family’s business, Kobrick Coffee Co., where I spent 25 years working alongside some of the most respected chefs, kitchens, and hospitality brands in the industry. From our roasting plant in Jersey City to the fast-paced kitchens of New York, I was immersed early in the rhythm, pressure, and artistry behind truly great brands.

Riding into Manhattan with my dad, Lee Kobrick, on the back of his Harley to visit clients, I got a firsthand look at what makes a business not just successful—but memorable. I was welcomed into iconic kitchens like David Bouley in Tribeca and worked with names such as Martha Stewart, Blue Ribbon Restaurants, Russ & Daughters, Tribeca Grill, Bobby Flay, Nobu, Sarabeth’s, and Magnolia Bakery.

Those experiences shaped how I see brands today: not just as businesses, but as stories waiting to be told.
