Overnight Oatmeal + Pantry Picks

Overnight Oatmeal + Pantry Picks

Along with fresh summer fruits and vegetables, this week I filled my shopping cart, kitchen and pantry with these delicious items from Whole Foods.

Starting the day with overnight oatmeal (with chia seeds), just feels right. Top with fruit, granola, nuts, maple syrup, extra milk and maybe a sprinkle of flake salt. It's healthy and satisfying and give you the right balance of feel good energy.  I like these One Degree sprouted rolled oats.

This has been one of my favorite cheeses for a cheese board. Cypress Grove makes delicious (and vegetarian) cheese. This Midnight Moon, with its classy name, is a delicious aged goat cheese.

A great topping for your overnight oatmeal are these Mitica Caramelized Pecans! I picked them up Sunday and they are all gone!

Another great Mitica product are these light and crispy "Pane Di Musica" crackers. They are great to snack on and they are fun for kids too. They are so light and delicate and crispy!

I buy Abe’s Mini Muffins on repeat, and we love all of the flavors! This summery vibe flavor, Abe's Lemon Poppy, pairs well with fresh summer strawberries!

Back to Nature makes amazing old fashioned style cookies and crackers, with great quality. Almost through this box of Fudge Striped Cookies in 2 days too!

Wishing you a happy last week of July! As "back to school" and autumn vibes start to sprinkle our lives with plans for fall, lets continue to embrace all the goodness of summer for a little bit longer.

All the Best, Always,

Nikole
