Apple Cider Vinagrette

A dressing great for autumn or winter. It pairs well with every salad as well as roasted vegetables. Combining flavors of cider vinegar, mustard, and maple, along with fresh herbs and shallots, creates a balanced dressing for you to enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp real maple syrup
- 1 tsp flake salt
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tbsp shallot, chopped
- 1 tbsp mint, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
- In a dressing jar, mix dressing ingredients and stir well.
- Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Dress salad just before you enjoy!
