Cici Caesar Drizzle
Share
Every kitchen needs a signature Caesar. This one is creamy, tangy, and deeply savory — equally at home drizzled over salads, served alongside crudités, or spread generously onto sandwiches and wraps.
Chickpeas lend a velvety texture and a boost of plant-based protein, turning a simple drizzle into something substantial enough to anchor lunch and versatile enough to elevate almost anything it touches.

Makes: approximately 12 oz. (1½ cups)
Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpeas, including the aquafaba
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon capers, plus a splash of brine
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste

Method
Add the chickpeas, aquafaba, garlic, olive oil, garlic powder, capers and brine, Dijon mustard, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a splash of water if needed to reach your desired consistency.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Drizzle it over: romaine, kale Caesar salads, roasted vegetables, grain bowls, wraps, avocado toast, sandwiches, or a colorful platter of crudités.
