Goddess Drizzle

Goddess Drizzle

Makes: approximately 12 oz. (1½ cups)

A fresh, herb-packed drizzle that captures the flavor of summer in every spoonful. Bright lemon, garden herbs, briny capers, and creamy sunflower seeds come together for a versatile dressing perfect over crisp salads, roasted vegetables, grain bowls, wraps, and pasta salads.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh parsley, packed
  • 1 cup mixed fresh mint and basil (or any leafy herbs you have on hand)
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons capers, plus their brine
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup oat milk
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

Instructions

Add the parsley, mint, basil, lemon juice, olive oil, nutritional yeast, capers with brine, garlic, salt, oat milk, garlic powder, and sunflower seeds to a high-speed blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. If you prefer a thinner drizzle consistency, add a splash more oat milk or water until it reaches your desired texture.
